1000 Club — Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

The Ultimate XI 1000 Club ("the Campaign") is a prize competition run by Ultimate XI ("we," "us," or "our"). The first registered manager to score 1,000 points or more in a single gameweek will win a cash prize of USD $100. These terms govern participation in the Campaign. By playing Ultimate XI you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must have a registered Ultimate XI account in good standing.
• You must be 18 years of age or older to claim the cash prize.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Ultimate XI are not eligible to win.
• There is no entry fee. Participation is automatic for any manager who submits a lineup in any competition.

3. How to Win

To qualify for the prize:

• Submit a valid lineup in any Ultimate XI competition (Weekend or Midweek gameweek).
• Your total gameweek score — calculated using player ratings from that gameweek, including the captain's doubled score — must reach or exceed 1,000 points.
• Scores are computed automatically by Ultimate XI once all relevant match data has been ingested for the gameweek.
• Only scores achieved in legitimate gameplay count. Any account found to be exploiting bugs or using prohibited methods will be disqualified.

4. Prize

• The prize is USD $100, paid to a single winner.
• The prize will be paid via PayPal or bank transfer within 7 business days of the winning score being verified.
• We will contact the winning manager via their registered email address to arrange payment.
• The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative beyond the stated amount.
• If multiple managers achieve a qualifying score in the same gameweek, the prize is split equally between them.
• The winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes on the prize in their jurisdiction.

5. Campaign Duration

The campaign starts on Gameweek 26 (March 13th) and runs until a qualifying score of 1,000 or more points is achieved. Ultimate XI reserves the right to end, pause, or modify the Campaign at any time with reasonable notice. If the Campaign is ended without a winner, no prize will be awarded.

6. Score Calculation

Points are calculated using the Ultimate XI scoring system (this is currently FotMob ratings):

• Each player in your starting XI contributes their gameweek rating to your total score.
• Your designated captain's score is doubled.
• Auto-substitution rules apply as per the standard Ultimate XI lineup rules.
• Scores are final once computed and will not be adjusted for late data corrections unless an error is material and solely caused by Ultimate XI.

7. Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify any participant and void any score where we have reasonable grounds to believe the result was achieved through cheating, exploitation of bugs, use of bots or automated tools, or any other means that violate the Ultimate XI terms of service.

8. General

• Ultimate XI's decisions regarding scores, winners, and the application of these rules are final.
• We are not liable for any technical failures that prevent a lineup from being submitted, provided we have taken reasonable steps to maintain platform availability.
• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• These terms may be updated at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
